SHIPPING WITH AUSTRALIA

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices include free Australia wide shipping!

You will receive an email containing you postal tracking number once your order has been shipped, this will be within two weeks of placing your order.

We use Australia Post Parcel Post. A4-A3 print orders are packaged in 55mm length/ 60mm diameter cardboard postal tubes, A2 print orders area packaged in 66mm length/ 60mm diameter cardboard postal tubes. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time please contact Australia Post using the tracking number supplied.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. International shipping will be of additional charge to you.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Each PRE-ORDER is printed on demand, hand signed and numbered individually, please allow 4 weeks delivery.

We ship from Brisbane, Australia. If you would like to arrange pickup in Brisbane please select the ‘Free Australia Wide Shipping’ option when purchasing your order and send an email to hartas.kris@gmail.com with your request.

RETURNS

REFUND

You may be entitled to a refund for the item you have purchased if the item is:
(a) faulty and the defect or fault was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or it was not apparent in the item photos before purchase; or
(b) not 'of merchantable quality', meaning it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, keeping in mind the way the item is described, the the materials used, and the price of the item;
and you return the item within 14 days of the marked postage date and provide proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause the fault in the item. Please provide us with photographs of the item with original packaging to be entitled to your refund of the items purchase price.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not facilitate refunds on items based on change of mind.

EXCHANGE

We do not facilitate exchange of item based on change of mind. However, if you are entitled to a refund based on our ‘refund’ policy and would prefer to exchange for an item of equivalent value we will be happy to assist with this.

SHIPPING BACK RETURNS

If you are entitled to a refund based on our ‘refund’ policy and wish to return your purchase via post, we suggest you use a trackable service and package the item to prevent any damage during transit.

Your refund will be processed on receiving your return package and you will receive a conformation email.
